Indian Groups Organization: India Youth Orkut Groups

It was very happy to see that we in our Indian youth so much enthusiasm to develop the country. In just orkut I have found 257 Groups with the search of "India Youth" in communities of Orkut. Following are the links of all the orkut communities:

Please visit the Indian Groups Organization or the blogpage for the intention of this collection. With this intention I am inviting all the group owners to declare their groups as either performing groups or discussions, so that all the performing groups can concentrate on performing some tasks rather than discussions.

Performing Groups:

Groups which perform some tasks in competitive sporting spirit. I would like to take our most common simple example we don`t like non performing cricketers to be in our National team and now after arise of ICL and IPL we will see more competition among the players and we can expect much improved performance. Hopefully cricketers are doing thier job. If we declare as India youth performers then we have to perform things (What should be performed should be discussed in discussion groups which I expect to be only one group and more over till now there have lots of discussions now we have to more and more move towards performing these talkings. ) This is based on talk less and work more strategy. I believe the competition of performing will make us to perform much better. It improves corporates attitude which see themselves to improve every quarter by quarter by having more responsibility. The non performers will be sent home. But there is always Ganguly's comeback. So person, group or team which are in form will be always working. The work can be assigned to others when we have our personal works. In every performing groups the ownership can be rotated so that it keeps performing. However there will be much more ideas exchanging in performing.

Discussion Groups:

Strategies all can be discussed here and I believe there should be only one discussion group. All the people can join this group to discuss. Nothing much to say everything can be discussed in the group.

For all these to happen first all the groups must declare themselves what they are they just want to discuss or perform. We nettizens discuss of lot things and do less slowly we might get addict to this groups and just keep discussing things and not doing any thing. If we have some parameters then it would be useful to mark our performance.

For this cause I am just inviting all the group owners to this forum.

This is not offense to any group only to encourage more sporting competitive spirit among the groups for performance. I am giving this link only to the group owners however every one can see this but as of now I am in belief that it should be accessible only to groups owners but however the decision is flexible.

I am keeping a time limit of 15 days (Till August 3 2008) so that every one think on this in their respective groups. I felt that keeping time will right away start the performance criteria.
